1We can connect to your computer if you are connected to the Internet. You need to download the remote support software using the button below. Click a button below to download a remote support file:

2A popup will appear and you will be prompted to Run or Save the File.
3You can save the file to your Desktop or a folder on your hard Drive and double click the file to run the application or select Run on the popup.
4The application will run and activate another popup.You will need to give John the ID Number and Password on the popup to allow him to connect to your computer.
