Hi Anne - as offered on the day when you text me I am happy to give you a credit for the job. We did attend & try and sort your issues but without luck. I did suggest before attending that there might not be much we can do but you still wanted us to attend. Steve did get your old pc going for you. Anyhow...still happy to offer a credit against the next job.......John

John was absolutely amazing, not only did he fix the problem in minutes but he also assisted me with extra services to make sure my laptop did not have any further issues. Along with education me on how to do complete general maintenance. Could not recommend his services enough, definitely a 10/10 service

I was happy that my computer/internet issues were resolved by John
It was unfortunate that this required two visits (not his fault)
He was very helpful & patient with me as a non technical person
With his help I now have a home phone, mobile phone, and internet connection .
My printer is operational & my kindle connected. Thank you

John serviced my PC He also added windows 10 + he changed the Mother board so I could have more gigs, and I was not charged for those extras I was only charges for the tune up and it is so super fast now. I would recommend him to anyone I am so happy

John is great to deal with. He knows his stuff, is very obliging, affordable and doesn't make non-IT people feel like idiots for knowing nothing about how computers work. We have used John foe many years now and hope to continue well into the future.
